I went to Breckenridge in February of 2011 and got altitude sickness bad. I live close to sea level, and no one warned me about this possibility. I arrived late the night before. We skied hard at the summit of peak 8 all day on day 1. I probably had 1 bottle of water all day. I will never do that again. It’s the little things like stainless steel utensils and not puking that get you through.

re: the bogus california state “use” tax, it is bullshit. pure bullshit! i was working on my taxes this year and there was crap all over the place asking if i had made any on-line purchases where sales tax hadn’t been collected. the answer was NO. lol. good luck to them trying to track all of the on-line purchases on planet earth. good luck with that.

and please tell me you don’t work for the state board of equalization and/or the irs and that i am going to be your personal project. eeek!
